For our team, the voting results brought excellent news. Ganna Gnizdovska, Managing Partner of Juris Ferrum Law Firm, has been elected to the Board of the UBA Sports Law Committee for the third consecutive time ⚽⚖️
Sports law is a field where expertise is tested daily and rigorously. Here, it is not about declarations, but about real practice and the ability to handle complex matters, including:
- anti-doping cases of any complexity;
- protection of athletes’ rights in disciplinary proceedings;
- work with sports arbitrations;
- ongoing interaction with federations and disciplinary bodies .
For Ganna and our entire team, serving on the Committee Board is not about status; it is about additional responsibility and involvement in the processes that shape the sports law industry.
Sports law in Ukraine continues to develop actively. Working within the Committee provides an opportunity to influence this development not only through specific cases but also through professional exchange, legal practice discussions, and the establishment of clearer and more stable approaches.
