Since 2020, we have ceased representing athletes, coaches, and support personnel in anti-doping cases considered by the commissions of the National Anti-Doping Center.
This decision was made for a significant reason – our Managing Partner, Ganna Gnizdovska, has been appointed to the Appeals Commission of the National Anti-Doping Center of Ukraine.
The Commission has already elected its leadership, approved the Regulations, and accepted its first cases for consideration.
The Chairman of the Commission is Valeriy Filypovych Borzov, an IOC member and Vice-President of the National Olympic Committee of Ukraine.
The Appeals Anti-Doping Commission is an independent and impartial disciplinary body, operating in compliance with the requirements of the World Anti-Doping Code and the Anti-Doping Rules of the National Anti-Doping Center.
In its activities, the Commission is guided by the Code, the NADС Anti-Doping Rules, the WADA Prohibited List, WADA’s international standards, and other regulatory documents of WADA.
