On 11 December 2024, the Odesa Regional Branch of the Ukrainian Bar Association held an online event dedicated to current challenges in the legal support of sport. (event link)
The Managing Partner of Juris Ferrum, Gnizdovska Ganna, joined the discussion alongside leading industry experts, addressing key issues of legal regulation in the sports sector.
Special attention was paid to the newly introduced draft Law “On Sport”, which has only recently entered the public discourse. Participants discussed potential risks, controversial provisions, and those aspects of the draft that could positively influence the regulation of sports activities.
