Ganna Gnizdovska, Managing Partner of Juris Ferrum and a sports law attorney, joined the expert working group contributing to the development of the Strategy.
The work on the document has truly become international. Partners from Global Affairs Canada and Alinea International played a key role — their support within the Recovery for All (RFA) project allowed the Strategy to be strengthened with leading global practices.
The Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine ensured state-level coordination, while the National Anti-Doping Center acted as the central driving force behind the process — bringing together various stakeholders and pushing forward the development of a culture of clean sport in Ukraine. 💪
During the session, participants aligned strategic priorities, defined expected results and discussed practical mechanisms to implement clean sport policies.
The discussions were dynamic and substantive, involving representatives of government bodies, sports federations, academia, civil society organisations and international partners.
We extend our sincere gratitude to the National Anti-Doping Center and its Director, Serhii Popyk, for the invitation and professional organisation of the process. 🙏
Ganna Gnizdovska noted that what impressed her most was the genuine sense of teamwork — when specialists from entirely different fields begin to speak the same language: the language of clean sport. She highlighted that the debates were honest and sometimes sharp, but exactly the kind needed to ensure the Strategy works not just on paper but in practice.
We believe that the Clean Sport Strategy is not only about rules. It is about values, responsibility and the future of Ukrainian sport. ✨
