Dispute’s essence:
Our client imported pickled ginger to Ukraine. An experienced customs broker declared the goods and submitted all necessary documents, including the quoted ginger prices.
Odesa Customs did not agree with the price and decided to correct the customs cost of the goods. As a result, the client overpaid UAH 122,200 in customs payments.
What was done:
LF “Juris Ferrum” customs attorneys appealed the decision about the customs cost correction of the goods and the card failure. The goal was to prove that the customs cost of the goods was unreasonably high.
Result:
After evaluating the evidence available in the case, the court decided for the client and awarded attorneys'.
