As part of this event, our partners, Nadija Gnizdovska and Ganna Gnizdovska, conducted a master class titled "Specifics of Acquiring an Unfinished Construction Project", which sparked significant interest among students. 💬
Why do we believe the interest was lively?
First, students attended despite there being no classes at that time. Second, there were more than 20 attendees, and third, they asked interesting questions and actively engaged in discussions with our experts. 🌟
The master class covered many important topics:
1️⃣ What is an unfinished construction project? We discussed divisible and indivisible objects that have not yet been put into operation.
2️⃣ How to properly prepare documents and register rights? We talked about key terms, registration of rights on properties, and essential requirements for developers. 🏗️
3️⃣ Purchase agreements: participants learned what must be included in the contract to protect the buyer's rights.
4️⃣ How to choose a developer? We gave tips on what to pay attention to when selecting a company selling future real estate. 🏢
5️⃣ Buyer guarantees: how the law protects buyers of unfinished construction projects and why it's important to have rights registration during the construction phase. 🔑
The event, organized by the National University "Odessa Law Academy" in collaboration with the National Association of Advocates of Ukraine and the Odessa Regional Bar Council, became a platform for discussing current issues of advocacy and professional ethics.
The students asked very interesting questions and engaged in lively discussions, creating a dynamic atmosphere of knowledge exchange! 🤝
We continue our personal challenge—reflecting on the events of last year in which we participated! 💪
The conference was held in a hybrid format: online via Zoom and offline in the Green Hall of NU "OLA".
